Indoor Rowing – lively and fun for all levels

The sport of Indoor Rowing can of course be done outdoors!  While we choose to refer to it as Indoor Rowing, we also call it Erg Spin to distinguish it from a typical bicycle spin class.

Both novice and highly experienced rowers will all get something out of these classes that are based on proper sequencing, power application and most of all enjoyable physical activity within a great community of lovely people

Light to High Intensity Class – you decide.  This class is for all ages – to date we’ve had participants up to 83 years young… could you be the next to join us?
