As BC is currently in Phase 3 of their reopening plan, we are able to offer in-person Kinesiology services either outdoors or in your home. Please contact us to ask about the precautions and policies we have in place to keep you and your loved ones safe during these sessions.
We are proud to offer our 1:1 Kinesiology sessions via Tele-Rehabilitation using a new encrypted and secure video platform that complies with all health care security and privacy guidelines including PIPEDA, HIPAA, and PHIPA. These sessions can be used to assess, create, introduce and progress active rehabilitation programming. Please contact us to book either in-person or virtual Kinesiology sessions to meet your needs.
Due to social distancing measures currently in place at the Victoria Athletic Club we are not currently able to offer our Aquatherapy Group classes. We have created and offer a gentle Core, Strength & Mobility class ONLINE via Zoom that we welcome you to try out.
As of August we are also able to offer small in-person Indoor Rowing (Erging) classes at our OUTDOOR location at 2940 Jutland Road. We will continue to offer these online as well at the same time. Our Stretch & Mobility classes will also be offered twice a week in-person (Mon/Wed) and three times per week online (Mon/Wed/Fri). While we prefer to offer registration for all our classes on a 2-month basis, we are also able to give you a quote for a 1-month period. Please email us for a quote if you do not find the fees you are looking for to suit your schedule.
Registration is required to attend any of these group classes either in-person or ONLINE. Your first class is always free.
We will be posting here the safety precautions that both Amaze will be taking for our new in-person rowing classes as well as the precautions that we ask you to take prior to attending classes.
