Amaze Active Health and Covid-19 – July 1, 2020

As BC is currently in Phase 3 of their reopening plan, we are able to offer in-person Kinesiology services either outdoors or in your home.  Please contact us to ask about the precautions and policies we have in place to keep you and your loved ones safe during these sessions.

We are proud to offer our 1:1 Kinesiology sessions via Tele-Rehabilitation using a new encrypted and secure video platform that complies with all health care security and privacy guidelines including PIPEDA, HIPAA, and PHIPA.  These sessions can be used to assess, create, introduce and progress active rehabilitation programming. Please contact us to book either in-person or virtual Kinesiology sessions to meet your needs

Due to social distancing measures currently in place at our usual facilities (Victoria Athletic Club,  Gorge Narrows Rowing Club and SMUS/Derby facility), we are not currently able to offer in-person group classes, although we are hopeful those facilities will be available to us in to resume our in-person group classes in July and/or August.

We are currently able to offer our usual classes (indoor rowing and stretch/mobility) through Zoom.  We have also created a brand new online class with a ‘low gravity’ focus that targets the core, functional strength and joint mobility to temporarily take the place of our Aquatherapy classes.  Registration is required to attend these classes.  Please visit the relevant pages on this website for more information on each of these offerings and contact us 24 hours prior to any of the classes to register.  Your first class is always free.

We hope you are all keeping well and looking after yourselves during this difficult time. We can’t thank you enough for your continued support throughout this time.

Please stay tuned for updates.  Thank you for your patience.
